Masala Chai Standard Preparation Without Milk

  • In a cup, place 1 teaspoon of Chaitva Masala Chai.
  • 200 ml freshly boiled water should be poured over the tea leaves.
  • Steep for 4-5 minutes, or until the leaves have fully unfolded.
  • Using a strainer/sieve, sift the tea leaves.
  • Sweeten it with sugar or honey.

Standard Milk Preparation

  • Boil two-thirds of the water and one-third of the milk in a pot.
  • When it reaches a boil, add 1-2 teaspoons of Chaitva Masala Chai and continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Sugar can be added to taste.
