Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases from Small World Goods!

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please email us directly at smallworldgoods@gmail.com, with your receipt number, within 14 days of purchase.

Depending on the product, we can offer store credit or refunds on most full priced items, as long as they are returned in their original, unused condition, within 14 days of purchase. 

Exceptions:

Because of the sensitivity of our 100% natural apothecary products, we cannot accept returns on these. 

All sale items and lingerie purchases are final as well, and not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit.
