Adorable animal ornaments hand knit by women of the Knitstanbul collective in Istanbul. Knitstanbul provides jobs, support, and community to the growing number of Syrian refugees fleeing the long war in their home country. Istanbul has become a new home for many, and the artisans of Knitstanbul come from all walks of life.
