Local Pickup

We're happy to offer free pickup from our East Austin shop during normal business hours! Choose this option at checkout, and it will be ready for you within 24hrs. You'll receive an email when it's ready to pickup.

Shipping

Sorry, but we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

We process all orders within 2 business days (unless otherwise noted) and ship using USPS First Class Mail (2-5 days delivery) on most domestic orders.  Austin shoppers can also choose local pickup for pick up at the shop during normal business hours. The following table outlines our simple shipping pricing policy based on your order total:

International Shipping

We can offer international shipping on most orders, but this has not yet been automated. Please do email us directly at hello@smallworldgoods.com for international shipping orders and we would be happy to offer you options that fit your needs!

International customers are responsible for all customs duties and fees. Please note - we are unable to calculate these ahead of time. Should the customer refuse to pay the customs fees, we will issue a store credit for the amount of the item minus the additional shipping charges and fees that we have incurred upon return of the item. 

Returns

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases from Small World Goods!

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please email us directly at smallworldgoods@gmail.com, with your receipt number, within 14 days of purchase.

Depending on the product, we can offer store credit or refunds on full priced items, as long as they are returned in their original, unused condition, within 14 days of purchase. 

All sale item purchases are final, and not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit.
